EVOLVE Release Update...

Hi there.  Teagan here.  I just wanted to add a quick note to inform everyone of the status of the release of EVOLVE, the first book in the dystopian fantasy series ULTRA.

In the last entry on the website, plans were made for EVOLVE to be released as a self-published eBook through Smashwords.  As folks will notice, that has not yet happened.  Fate, I sometimes believe, has the most awkward sense of humor in existence for when that post was made a request was received.  A literary agent I had queried back in June 2015 emailed with a request for the full manuscript.

What can I do?  After consulting with close friends and family, I sent it off with a nice note apologizing for the delay in my response.  I am now awaiting that agent's response.  You should know this is what it's like for writers who have yet to be "discovered" by the literary world.  It takes a lot of time and effort just to get someone to read your work, let alone to accept it for representation or for publication.

All of you eagerly awaiting news as to when EVOLVE will be available need not worry.  I'll be sure to update the site as soon as I know anything.  Just thought, for the time being, that I'd let you know why it's not yet out there on Smashwords.
